Departure from an Airport
Arriving the Airport by car, taxi, other ground transfer:
You will be advised about the meeting point. Our Ground Staff welcome you, assist you with the luggage and escort you to the helicopter.

Arriving the Airport by Charter Flight:
Our Ground Staff will welcome you at the entrance of the arrival hall with a sign if nothing else has been advised.
We assist you with the luggage and escort you to the helicopter.

Arriving the Airport by Private Aircraft:
Our Ground Staff will welcome you directly at the Aircraft (If you have another handling service of your Aircraft we will coordinate the hand over to us with them).
We assist you with the luggage and escort you to the helicopter.
Unfortunately it is not possible to go directly from the Aircraft to the helicopter due to regulations but we prepare everything in advance in order to keep the ground time as low as possible

Arrival at an Airport
Upon arrival at the Airport by helicopter, our handling service will welcome you directly at the helicopter, take the luggage and escort you to the arrival hall. If requested they will escort you to the check-in / taxi station / / private ground transfer service …….

In case you you depart again from the Airport with a private aircraft, we will coordinate the hand over to the handling agent of your aircraft.
Unfortunately it is not possible to go directly from the helicopter to the Aircraft due to regulations but we prepare everything in advance in order to keep the ground time as low as possible
Departure from a Hotel
Prior your departure we will manage all necessary arrangements with the Hotel.
The reception / guest relation team will be aware of it - please get in touch with them for information how to get to the heliport.
The helicopter will land at least 15 minutes prior departure at the hotel, you are requested to be at the helicopter at least 10 minutes prior agreed take off time.

Arrival at a Hotel
Prior your arrival we will manage all necessary arrangements with the Hotel.
Upon arrival someone of the hotel will welcome you at the helicopter and take care about everything.
Departure from an external landing spot
For departure from one of our our Bases or external landing spots, the passengers are basically responsible for the ground transfers by themselves but we would be pleased to assist with ground transportations.
The helicopter will be at least 15 minutes prior departure at the agreed landing spot, you are requested to be at the helicopter at least 10 minutes prior agreed take off time.

Please Note: Be on time! If you have a delay we might be not able to perform your flight!
Arrival at an external landing spot
For an arrival at one of our our Bases or external landing spots, the passengers are basically responsible for the ground transfers by themselves but we would be pleased to assist with ground transportations.

Please Note: If you have arranged your ground transportation by yourself and it has a delay, it might be possible that we need to depart again for other flights. In this case we need to leave you alone at the dropp off point!
