Identification

All passengers boarding HeliAlpha aircraft shall present their passport or ID when requested.

The Captain reserves the right to scan the passengers and/or luggage using a metal detector if he deems necessary to do so.

 

Online Bookings

HeliAlpha provide the service of “ONLINE BOOKING”.

 

In case of technical issues of the “online booking system”, HeliAlpha reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the online booking without any liability or possible compensation thereof.

In case the client cannot accept a reschedule the flight is considered as cancelled and the total paid amount is refundable.

A reschedule or cancellation might happen within 24 hrs after the online booking unless you receive a confirmation as PDF file. In this case the flight is confirmed under the Terms & Conditions of HeliAlpha.

 

For initially confirmed “SemiPrivate” flights or “Empty Seat” flights through the online booking system as well for confirmed flights through our office directly, HeliAlpha reserves the right to reschedule, combine or cancel the flight without any liability or possible compensation thereof.

In case the client cannot accept a reschedule the flight is considered as cancelled and the total paid amount is refundable.

 

When an online booking has completed you will receive an initial confirmation from the system.

The finally confirmation of the flight you will receive by Email from the office as PDF file.

 

 

 

Booked Flights

A flight is booked upon receiving our confirmation AND in compliance with our Terms of Payment.

For issuing the confirmation the full names and passport numbers are required necessarily.

Further we need to know all passenger weights, baggage weights and baggage dimensions (if applicable). If these information are not sent we take some standard values.

In case the reality on the spot shows other values and we are out of limits the flight can be cancelled accordingly our

Cancellation Policy.

 

Terms of Payment

To book a flight a 10% prepayment of the total amount is required immediately, the total amount has to be paid (to be on our bank account or Credit Card is charged) at least 48 hours before flight.

In any case the (pre)payment has to be completed within 24hrs upon receiving our confirmation.

After this 24hrs the confirmation is not valid anymore and there is no right for the flight anymore.

The payment can be done by transfer to our bank account or Credit Card (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, DinersClub)

In case of a wire transfer the proof of payment – or in case of payment by Credit Card the CC Authorisation Form - has to be send to us by Email on time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Safety comes first! The flight can be cancelled or delayed any time due to weather- or technical caused problems as well because of unexpected restriction from the authorities.

In this case the client can reschedule the flight or – if not possible – the total amount will be refund.

Anyhow there is no right for a compensation for possible losses thereof.

 

In case of no-show-up on time or a no-show-up at all like agreed accordingly our flight confirmation, the rights for the flight expire and there is no further right of a refund or any compensation.

 

To reschedule a flight by the client is basically free of charge. If a reschedule is not possible - for whatever reason - the fees shown at "flight cancelled by client" are applicable.

In any case there is no right for a compensation for possible losses thereof.

 

If the flight is cancelled by the client the following fees are applicable:

 

10% prepayment....................................................not refundable

Within 48hrs prior flight .........................................Total amount is not refundable

 

Any change of the Itinerary or values of the confirmation by the client might cause in loss of the right for the flight without any refund. (Especially weight limitations and baggage dimensions)

 

If there is a finding of dangerous goods before or during the route, HeliAlpha reserves the right to cancel the flight without any right of a refund or a compensation for possible losses thereof.

 

Price

The provided prices are all inclusive (all taxes, airport/handling fees, …….).

 

Itinerary

The route, schedule and passengers are accordingly our confirmation.

Any change thereof by the client is subject to availability and possible additional charges.

If it is not possible to fulfil the client’s changes he can accept the agreed initially Itinerary or else there is no right for any disposability of the helicopter.

The passengers are obliged to be at the helicopter 10 minutes before the agreed take off time otherwise there is no guarantee that the helicopter will be available.

In case of non-compliance the rights for the flight expire and in worst case the helicopter will depart empty.

In any case there is no right of a refund or any compensation for possible losses thereof.

 

Weight Limitations/Baggage

All helicopters are subject to weight limitations for passengers and baggage.

Customers are obliged to provide us beside all passenger names also actual passenger weights as well as baggage weights and dimensions before the commencement of the flight.

HeliAlpha reserves the right to deny performing a flight where a weight limitation exceedance is noted or when the baggage are overweight and/or oversized and cannot safely fit inside the helicopter’s baggage compartment.

 

Aircraft Change

HeliAlpha reserves the right to change the helicopter any time but the customer will be informed for the change.

In case the customer does not accept a change of the helicopter he can cancel the flight without any fees and the total amount will be refund.

If the change happens during the route and the client wants to cancel the further flight, there is basically no right of any refund or compensation for possible losses thereof.

 

Delays

In case HeliAlpha delays the flight for technical or other reasons the customer has the right to cancel the flight without fees and the total amount will be refund.
